Discover The CUSTOMIZED Weight Loss SOLUTION That Is Transforming The Lives Of Thousands Of People All Across The U.S.
71% Of The U.S. Is Overweight Or Obese! We Are Trending In The WRONG Direction! It's Projected To Be 80% By 2020! Something Has To Change!
Updated January 5th, 2019 - Written by Dr. John Heary

Over the past 19 years I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of patients not only lose weight, but get healthy in the process. I use a revolutionary approach to weight loss. It is the culmination of 13 years of testing, tweaking, refining, researching, and mastering a protocol that works.

This is a clinically proven protocol backed by nearly 100 years of science and research. This isn't guesswork. This is NOT a one size fits all cookie cutter approach. This may be the SOLUTION to weight loss struggles. I'm confident in saying this because I've seen first hand the lives that have been transformed. People getting off their cholesterol meds. People getting off their blood pressure meds. People sleeping better. People having more energy. People feeling less achy / inflamed.

In our clinic we have a saying..."We Don't Guess...We TEST!"

Believe it or not, not everybody should be eating green beans! Not everybody should be eating eggs, pineapple etc. This is why we TEST!
Comprehensive Blood, Nutrient, & Food Testing
Diabetes
Diabetes is a result of abnormal blood sugar physiology often promoted by "SAD" (Standard American Diet).  Diabetes is on the rise and is the leading cause of blindness, amputations, and neuropathy in the United States.  Most people (90%)  who develop type II diabetes are obese and obesity is associated with insulin resistance which worsens the diabetic state.
Heart Health
Being overweight will make the heart pump harder and work harder.  Being overweight or obese will most likely increase your heart rate bpm (beats per minute).  The normal heart rate should be around 60 bpm.  The faster your resting heart rate yields a decreased life span.  A decrease in resting heart rate from 70 to 60 bpm would further increase the human life span from 80 to 93.3 years.
This is my biggest pet peeve with other programs out there. Most weight loss programs are 1 size fits all cookie cutter approaches. They give you a "generic" food list to follow.

But what if you are severely intolerant or had food sensitivities to chicken, broccoli etc. like Megan did (Video Above)?

How successful do you think you'd be?

The research is clear! Food sensitivities spike inflammation, harm the digestive system, and put stress on your immune system! And the truth is, it's VERY hard to lose weight when you're inflamed and eating the wrong foods over and over again!

We take an OBJECTIVE look at exactly how you should be eating based on objective testing. We use blood testing, urinalysis, omega 3 and 6 testing and body composition.  Based on your test results you will find out exactly what you should be eating and if you need to add any nutritional supplements to your diet.

This isn't guess work! The reason we get such great results is that we dig deep and CUSTOMIZE your protocol!

A protocol that will improve your digestive function...immune function and REDUCE overall systemic inflammation!

Take a look at the blood test below! You will see blue, red, and yellow hi-lites.  Blue represents the critical values, red is high risk, and yellow is a warning.  You will see that this person is a diabetic.  Their blood glucose was 178 (red--high risk) and dropped to 93 (normal) and their Hemoglobin A1C went from 8.70 (blue--critical) to 6.70 (red--high risk).  Also, their ESR went from a 38 (blue--critical) to an 8 (normal) and their CRP went from a 13 (blue--critical) to a 1.40 (normal).  Both, the ESR and CRP indicate that this patient has lots of inflammation throughout their body.  This makes complete sense because diabetes is an inflammatory condition.
Omega 3 Index Report AND Omega 6 to Omega 3 Ratio Report
The Omega 3 index report is on the left.  This patient has an index score of 4.22%.  This means that she has low levels of omega 3 fatty acids.  This indicates that she has chronic inflammation.  The Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio report is on the right.  She has 9.6 to 1 ratio of Omega 6's to 3's.  This puts her in the urgent category.  According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics, Journal of Neurology and the International Journal of Sports Nutrition these abnormal levels of Omega 3's and 6's can lead to neck, muscle, disc, and joint pain, increased body fat, decreased brain health and dementia, and increased cellular aging.
Body Composition
Body Composition is important for tracking changes when you are losing weight.  We need much more information than the weight on the scale.  We need to break down your weight into components such as water mass, fat mass, and muscle mass.  We need to know what your body fat percent is.  You want to minimize muscle loss and maximize fat loss during the weight loss process.  This is important because muscle is a highly metabolically active tissue that burns a ton of calories and fat does not.  The more muscle you build will make it easier to lose fat.
Nutrient Deficiencies Are Epidemic In The U.S.
Another important aspect is testing for nutrient deficiencies as well. Nutrient deficiencies are epidemic in the U.S. Everything from Vitamin D (lack of sunlight) to B-Vitamins (too much stress). In addition to testing how you react to foods, we also test to determine if you have any nutrient deficiencies that could be hindering your weight loss goals.

Did you know that roughly 40% of the U.S. is gluten intolerant?
We will let you know if you are via the food testing, however, if you ARE one of the 40% who is gluten intolerant, guess what happens? The gluten destroys your small intestine. The gluten (i.e. GLUE) is like sandpaper coming through your digestive system and it carves off the villi in your small intestine!

Your small intestine is where you ABSORB YOUR NUTRIENTS! Then what happens is you become nutrient deficient. And the research shows that it's the DEFICIENCIES that can lead to over 200 different conditions.

Digestive Challenges - Migraines - Chronic Fatigue - Autoimmune Conditions - Hormone Problems - ADHD - Infertility

ALL linking back to GLUTEN!

THIS again is why we test!
What About Cravings?
Cravings generally point to a nutrient deficiency! For example, if you crave SWEETS! This is typically a B-Vitamin deficiency. If you crave SALT...Zinc. If you crave CHOCOLATE...Magnesium!

However, cravings also happen during dips in your blood sugar!

Remember, the Standard American Diet (SAD) is very processed, inflammatory, & toxic! Too much sugar and too many things to turn to sugar!

When you consume that sub sandwich for lunch...or pasta etc...this spikes your blood sugar, and will be followed up by a crash because of the insulin surge! It's during the crash where you crave more carbs / sweets / SOMETHING to get you through the day!

Sound familiar?

But what happens to the excess carbs? Well, if you're not strenuously exercising daily to burn it off...it GETS STORED AS FAT!!

Where?

Tummy, hips, thighs, triceps, & face!

This is where your body abnormally stores fat!

So we need to shift you OUT of the standard way of doing things. Shift you away from the heavy carbs and we have the exact strategies and protocols to help achieve this!

Running May Not Help with Weight Loss.

While many people take up running to aid in weight loss, a
recent study found that the practice doesn’t necessarily help an individual lose weight but rather helps prevent
weight gain in the long term. The findings suggest that while an aerobic activity like running may be essential for
maintaining body composition over time, other strategies like resistance training and diet may be key for reducing
body fat.

Vitamin D Could Help Fight Type 2 Diabetes.

An analysis data on more than 4,000 pre-diabetic adults
revealed that those taking a vitamin D supplement were 15% less likely to progress to a type 2 diabetes diagnosis.
The findings suggest that healthcare providers should assess the vitamin D status of their pre-diabetic patients and
provide education on how to improve their vitamin D levels through sun exposure, diet, and supplementation.

Excessive Napping May Elevate Metabolic Disease Risk.

Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of
conditions—obesity, high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol, impaired metabolic function, and excessive
waist circumference—that occur together and elevate the risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.
Following an analysis of data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study, researchers report that
napping in excess of 90 minutes a day is linked to a 58% increased risk for metabolic syndrome.

Exercise Interventions for Chronic Low Back Pain.

A multimodal treatment approach for
managing chronic low back pain will often include an exercise component, both to address current
pain/disability and to reduce the risk for recurrence. A systematic review that included 75 randomized
controlled trials found that tai chi, yoga, Pilates, core stabilization, and sling exercises are effective
interventions for improving pain and/or disability in low back pain patients.

Only Half of Pregnant Women Get Enough Exercise.

The World Health Organization
recommends that unless otherwise advised by their obstetrician, expectant mothers should engage in at least 150
minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a week while also limiting sedentary time as much as possible.
A study that monitored 548 women during pregnancy revealed that half met these physical activity guidelines,
and doing so reduced their risk for prenatal mood disorders, caesarian section, and vulvovaginal tears.

Falls Affect About 25% of Expectant Mothers.

The current research suggests that about one-in-four
women suffers a fall during pregnancy. A systematic review that included 14 studies identified the following risk
factors for pregnancy-related falls: slippery floors; cluttered rooms; uneven floors; inappropriate footwear; hurrying;
stairs; heavy lifting/physically demanding work; poor lighting; physical inactivity; carrying multiple babies;
hyperemesis gravidarum; low back pain; gestational diabetes; increased abdominal circumference; lower ankle
stiffness; and joint laxity. The authors of the review recommend physical activity, maternity support belts, and
education on falls risk as potential strategies for fall prevention in expectant mothers.

Less Omega-6 Fatty Acids, More Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

In a recent animal study, researchers observed
that mice fed a diet with a lower ratio of omega-6 (from vegetable oils, for example) to omega-3 fatty acids
(from fish oils, for example) consumed fewer total calories, had better insulin tolerance, and gained less weight
than mice on a diet with a higher ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. The mice on the higher ratio diet also
exhibited higher levels of anxiety symptoms and inflammation in the brain.
